We are a small, close-knit family practice dedicated to providing quality dental care for each and every one of our patients. We each do our part to maintain a calming, positive environment, always striving to make your dental experience as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. We know that finding time for dental appointments can be difficult for some, so we open at 7am to suit our patients’ work schedules.

Jaima is a certified expanded functions dental assistant (EFDA) with a radiology certificate. She has more than 25 years of experience providing quality dental care. Her kind, friendly attitude makes our patients feel at ease at Pearl Dental Care. Jaima's knowledge, understanding, and patience are able to alleviate even the most anxious dental patients, fostering long-lasting relationships for years to come.
Laura does all of our front office work - she greets you, answers the phone, keeps up with all electronic communications, schedules appointments, gathers patient data - everything. She is a wonderful, kind communicator. She is a newer resident of Florida - moving here from Vermont. She and her husband are new parents as well as enthusiastic fitness buffs, loving the outdoor activities available in Florida.
Usha is a registered dental hygienist (RDH), graduating from St Petersburg College in 2016. She was born and raised in Venezuela, moving to the States over 10 years ago to follow her dreams of getting an education and learning the language. She became a dental hygienist because she is a strong believer that prevention is the key to a healthy body. She enjoys helping people improve their oral health as well as educating them in the best home care techniques. She also likes helping patients overcome their dental fear so they can have a positive experience in the chair. In her free time, she runs, bikes and travels with her boyfriend and two dogs.
Rachel began working with Pearl Dental Center full time in October of 2021. She graduated from Hillsborough Community College in 2018 with her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene. Rachel has a passion for dental health and strives to provide patients with gentle and thorough treatment. She regularly follows up with clinical advances and changes in dentistry to be able to provide her patients with the best preventive care. She was born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. In her free time she loves to travel and get out in the Florida sun with her two dogs and her husband.
Jenna has a combined dental background of 16 years, with her last 8 years as a CRDH. She is dedicated to patient comfort and quality oral health care, by providing dental hygiene specified to each individual patient need. Jenna is determined to stay up to date on the new technology and materials to help complete patient education. She is always eager to learn the latest trending topics when completing continuing education courses. She is a 2014 graduate of John A. Logan College in Southern Illinois where she was awarded the IDHA Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Jenna has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 2 years. In her spare time she enjoys cycling and boating with her family and pup Dexter.
Yasmeen graduated with two degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Psychology from the USF honors college. She conducted research in Alzheimer’s adenoadenlyated virus therapy as well as in patient art interaction at the Tampa Museum of art. Yasmeen has given back to the community through her countless engagements from dental volunteering to catapulting the USF LGBT+ health alliance to new heights. She closed out her time at USF by joining the university’s Equestrian team. Through her experiences, she found a passion in patient-centered care through the field of dentistry. She has been accepted and will be starting dental school in the middle of 2023.
